I just wanted to say thank you so much for posting this video. I have had my hair dyed blonde for the last 20+ years. The breakage and health has just gotten worse over the years, which causes me to never to be completely happy with it- despite spending hundreds of dollars each salon visit. I have about 4 months of new growth now and your video gives me to the motivation to continue on this path. I loved your blonde before but WOW...your natural color is amazing and really suits you. Simply beautiful. Thanks again for the inspiration!

Aw, this is such a sweet comment, Tara! It was really hard to take that jump back to my natural color but a year later I am SO happy I did. The brown has faded and you can still some remnants of the blonde, but the new growth is so much healthier and stronger. I don’t think I’ll ever go back! It’s always wonderful to hear that others are choosing to do the same! I wish you well on your hair journey 💕

Watching this for inspo as i too need to ditch the blonde! Grown out my roots to my natural colour so halfway there! 🤧

I've been through the blue black stage, then burgundy, then strawberry blonde, then yellowish blonde, then ash blonde, then violet undertoned red, then orange undertoned red and now im in the ginger stage. Its been almost 13 yrs of me dyeing my hair and I have totally forgotten about how my natural hair looks on me. Can't wait to go back to my light brown natural hair color and not having to worry about my roots not matching the rest of my hair color.

I recently bleached my hair in November cuz I had blonde highlights done and it was looking awful so I bleached it thinking it would help tone out with my natural hair colour didn’t realize it would be really bright on my brown hair it’s now starting to fade and my roots have started to come in but idk if I should wait for it to come out of dye it brown and let my natural hair colour come in maybe use something to take The bleach out

I also have been getting my hair bleached for years..watching this the night before getting my hair dyed back to my natural color.. thank you for this boost of confidence! nervous but excited for this new journey!!

Your hair looks great. Ahh...I’m also really thinking of going back to my natural color...I’ve been blonde for a year but like you I’m just really unhappy with spending so much money on bleach and developer and having to retouch roots every month is just so annoying...

Thank you!! I totally understand! It is a struggle because blonde is so pretty. I have to say though, 6 months later, I have not regretted going back to my natural color. My hair is so much healthier and it’s saved me money! I would recommend it to anyone

Yes dear, my hair is highlighted blonde .its long and I'm 57 .. It's dull, dry n breaking .. Luckily I do not bleach the under hair which is natural brown still somehow ;] Enjoy your natural hair color while you have it dear and hey if you want to be blonde buy long blonde wigs ... ;]

This is such perfect timing. I have a hair appt tomorrow. I always feel like I have to keep up with highlights to brighten up my face. My hair is dark and skin is light. But I want to experiment with going back to my natural and brightening up my face with different lipsticks and eyeshadows. I tend to feel ugly with my dark hair. But I don’t want to be bothered with the maintenance of the lighter color. The specific shampoos to use, cost, time spent sitting in salon etc. also I want to simplify more things in my life and I feel this would be a good way to take action. Thank you so much for making this video. Your natural color and the cut is striking on you ! ❤

I support anyone who wants to go back to their natural color!!! My hair is so much healthier for it. The brown has faded a lot since February, but it faded to a nice, subtle ombré and looks pretty close to my natural color so I am happy with it! My most recent videos show how it’s faded 😊

You are going to be silver in few years don't worry, stay natural😅❤

Hi! It was bleached many times and then toned to neutralize the yellow/orange tones. No hair dye! Just bleach and toner to get it blonde 🙂

And then you add in the dreaded grey and this makes it much more complicated
