Yes!!! Anytime someone asks me how I grow my hair, I tell them to deep condition weekly! BTW: I've found the Amika deep conditioner at TJ Maxx :-)

I tried the Amika conditioner and it made my hair very soft. Glad you explained the benefit of adding a conditioner before the deep conditioner. I have been doing this since watching one of your previous videos and I do see the benefit.

Sherry R she scent it and curl origin have great DCs as well. Definitely soultanical DCs. And for me I prefer the Alikay honey and sage mask. Oh and both of the miche beauty DCs are bomb
