Thank you love! Okay I’ll be soo honest.. it didn’t hurt me! I had it done in college in between my classes 😂.. you’ll probably hear a pop when you get it done.. I feel my cartilage hurt a bit more. Just take care of it superr well the first year you have it and it may be tender to the touch for a long while... but it’s so worth it ❤️❤️

Yes! I love vegamour serum I always notice less shedding with it.

This might be a silly question but I recently started double shampooing, is it okay to use the same shampoo both times? I've seen a lot of KZreadrs who use different shampoos but I only have the one.

Hi yess it’s fine! Some people just like to using a more cleansing shampoo first and then a more hydrating one, which is what I did here. But if it’s not too drying for you to use the same shampoo twice it’s completely fine!! ❤️

2-3x a month I blow dry it.. max 4 times a month. I do a lot to my lengths like masks, and I always layer leave ins with heat protectant creams, serums. maybe once a month I’ll use a bond treatment Products are everything. My wave patter has improved even with doing blow outs a few times a month. I’ll upload this weeks hair wash day routine today 🤍🤍

Thanks for sharing these amazing tips. I definitely need to incorporate a scalp massager when oiling. What are your thoughts on scalp exfoliation with salicylic acid?

Yes it really helps! Yess I think it’s great if you have flakey build up on your scalp, itchiness, excess buildup .. balance oils.. sometimes it can cause dryness.. some cases of irritation. But it is salicylic acid after all. So yess I’m a fan!

Where do I find innate life products ?

It threw me off when she randomly let us know that she buys all her products herself, I’m still not even sure why she felt the need to throw that irrelevant fact into it but for sure. Oh && p.s. I buy all of my own products myself 🤣💀💀💀
