Fenugreek seeds and Klonji seeds, and cloves ka paani raat mei bhigo k rakho or subh ubal kr thand hone per spary bottle mei daal kr daily use karo.bhut acha hai guys trust me daily lagana padega but . Wash nhi karna hai but daily laga k rakho because water hi hai to oily bhi nhi hota. Mujhe bhut fayda mila hai. Curry patte and gudhal k patte bhi add kr sakte ho. Bhut acha hai .👍
