I know this video is old, but the oils you mentioned in step 5 are not essential oils, they are carrier oils. You mix carrier oils with essential oils because using essentia oils alone can burn and damage the scalp.

I saw a KZread video from a hair specialist who said clogged hair follicles is not a real thing. Which kind of makes sense because why would your scalp only have clogged follicles in certain areas? Also, plenty of people use terrible shampoos but have full thick hair. I use all of these methods and more but still have an area on my scalp that grows no hair.

Mix castor oil with peppermint oil. Message in your hair every night. Cover head with plastic shower cap. Next morning, remove cap and wipe out excess oil with your hands. Wear your hair in a style that requires no combing or brushing. Remove stress from your life. Go on the autoimmune protocol diet by removing night shade vegetables, nuts, beans, sugar and grains from your diet. Stay on this diet for one year. Exercise daily and drink plenty of water. Also, take a biotin supplement. Your hair will grow back. And by the way, I don't worship Allah, and my hair is growing. I am sure that you are very beautiful. Be patient. Your hair will come back. I hope this helps❤

I feel like alot of these methods are designed for men, or women with short hair -- and definitely not for those of us that have ethnic hair. Putting clay on long curly or coarse hair? That's a disaster waiting to happen.
