As someone that's recently moved to mackay you have inspired me to go out give spearfishing a go. What's a great set up for the family to spend the day on the water and you to slay some fish 🤙🤙

Thats awesome mate. Might take a bit for the water to clean up once this bit of rain passes. Hopefully it's not too long and you can get out into some clean water!

Yeah definitely and this wind to piss off. Mind you I've had a couple surfs so that's a bonus.

I’m rebuilding an old bowrider and I’m very inspired by your swim platform. I like the beefy handrail, and it looks like no transom holes below the water line

Awesome mate. I hope it’s going well! The height of the bolts where just by chance haha. I’ve since got some trim tabs and the height of the actuators determined the platform heights. It all worked out pretty well. I just need some Eva tread or similar for a bit of non slip!

Love the build, I've watched all 5 plus some of your newer vids. I have a side console similar layout and I want to copy what you've done with your coolers and seats. Can you tell me how its pulled off? Do the coolers slide out? are the seat pedestals a custom job?

  • @ExhaleAdventures

Hey mate, thanks heaps for checking the vids out! The seat frames are custom made out of aluminium and powder coated. The coolers/esky’s are Iceytek brand and have a split lid. I’ve got some stainless ratchet straps and they can stay permanently strapped in under the seats and I can just lift up the back end of the split lid.

Yeh mate, the whole family is stoked. I’ve installed some trim tabs, I had always intended too. It’s hard when you really set a boat out and everything has its place, it’s good to have an easy way to level the ride out.

@@ExhaleAdventures that’s great mate. Got some good camping islands out your back door. That’d be cool to do with the family.

Hey mate, I just got a cheap BCF set for the 6yr old. It leaked really bad, was a shocker. I’ve got an oceanhunter mask there for my wife that’s a bit smaller fit which I think will fit him. If not I’m just going to take him in and try a heap on, hopefully find something.
