I sure feel sorry for her. It's unbelievable how much confusion there is coming from the new crew chief. Her lap times were almost a second off of Bell's. Means every 31 laps she's going another lap down. Good thing there were cautions and stage breaks, or it could have been worse as far as laps down. Just wish her and the crew better luck next race.

Hopefully July will be a better month for both Deegan and the 15 team. AM is just a bad team. They give her a car with issues and it seems like there is pure utter confusion and a lack of communications. Deegan seems to be getting more frustrated with the team each race. Can't blame her when the AM racing doesn't seem to be helping her out much. This team is such a big mess.

Nah it ain't the team it's just deegan being shit as usual. Brett Moffitt in the 15 had put out 1 top 5, 9 top 10s, 16 top 15s, 21 top 20s. With an Average finish of 18.0. with 17 races with halie deegan she put out 0 top 5s, 0 top tens, 4 top 20s and a average finish of 26.8. so it's deegan not the equipment

It sounds like pure confusion!

She needs to be a leader but she is to young and in expierenced…….she can’t tell them what to do they cant communicate. They need to cut the cord and get a better driver…..

On a positive note at least we were able to get both races in. It just seems like every race week her team and her car always wind up having issues with the car or something goes wrong.

Maybe its just but I've been listening to her scanner every race and her new crew chief sounds pretty skechy.

She had a great Truck,screwed that up, and said she would be better if she could move up how’s that working out!

Did they find whoever is talking to on the radio kicking a can down the road and ask if they wanted to be on a NASCAR crew? Geez Louise! When he says, "almost the whole field is getting the Wave Around", and moments later says, "oh, we should have taken the wave around, I #@!# -up". This means you will be lapped very soon instead of starting with the rest of the field behind the leader, but, your crew never told you to take the wave around.

Talent pool for non-drivers is extremely shallow (it’s bought up by all the large dollar teams). I would bet that on Hailie’s team - there could be a high percentage of employees where this is their first time with a team…in a series…that pit stops are required. They may have 15…20…years in racing….but this, is their first, second or third year in a ‘pitting’ series. Tough adjustment.

Come on guys quit blaming it on the team and no practice, no team gets practice, she needs to spend more time on the simulator, just face the facts she is not the driver that we want her to be!

I'm sorry but this team just doesn't have it together and the only thing they changed was the crew chief so what does that tell you. Beginning crew chief seems to be a lot better than whoever this guy is a driver can't drive when they have to deal with all this other crap this guy sounds like he doesn't even like her so how do you work with that crap. It's got to click on all fronts if it doesn't click it's not going to work. All you have to do is listen to this radio and it's unbelievable I'm floored the owner of Am racing needs to do something this is crazy he's wasting his money as far as I'm concerned on his crew.

She had the same equipment as the truck series champion Ben Rhodes, but in that equipment did not manage a win or a top 5. Again it's not the equipment, the crew chief, or whatever other excuse you want to make for her.

Can you say 10-4so you know the message has been received. It's the small things and it seems there's more wrong with the men then her .

Pretty much another Danica Patrick.

Can they get somebody to shake the car down at say some off circuit track? Maybe Matty D could do it. Just a different perspective on how to make the car better. Obviously what they are doing is not working.

No practice, cant qualify, trapped in the back, and only drove an xfinity car in vegas once. Jesus. If thats not a setup for failure I dunno what is. Its a miracle the rookies dont spin in the pits every week since they have never pitted at those tracks. Kept it in one piece despite her team losing their minds. Sometimes, thats a win. But man are the vultures circling.

@@HARGP23 the main difference is that NASCAR Needs women is the sport, but, NASCAR does Not want women to succeed in the sport. this is what happens when Liberals Infect American Sports.

The driver is amazing but the team sucks and she is not getting good input from the crew chief . Whoever that is talking to hailie is not listening to his driver and Giving her what she needs he’s arguing and trying to be boss. Thats not a recipe for success she needs to fire that whole crew and ask for a better crew or i would start finding a new team to race for. It her first year and she needs a crew chief that not only tells her but also listens and makes adjustments . She’s in the car . Listen to her and stop tell her what your gonna do and being rude. Hailie is great that company may be great but that particular team sucks.
