I finally decided to go to a supercross race and got the perfect tickets and it was amazing! So glad I got to witness the prodigy do his thing! Been following for years and got lucky to witness history. You could see the all the years of hard work coming into play. Dude is quite the badass

That was so rad to see!!! I was actually a fan of Brian’s back in 1997 when he did his Ghost Ride at the Coliseum and then to see Haiden do it nearly 27 years later was so awesome to see!!! Congrats Haiden, Brian and Marissa, the great Deegan family, Duffe, and Star Yamaha!!!

Raced 15 years in the GOAT era, and fell away as a fan, lost track of the guys after a while. Never got into FMX or the Mulisha, maybe had some preconceived ideas or something. Then caught a few vids of the Deegans racing minis. I’m in my 50s now and checking the schedule for Haiden. Super fun to be a spectator again. Brian Deegan is such a nice fella, and represents my favorite sport so well. A patriotic faith family and exactly what we need these days. Listen to the GOAT commentary while watching Haiden is a treat for sure. Hope he stays healthy and gets after it for a super career. Good luck!

First SX in 6 years and it was amazing. Got to see your first win plus ran into you and your father after the race while you guys were heading back to pits. Congratulations and thank you for such a crazy night. Me and the random guy next to me lost our voice yelling after the win

i’m also from the 951, got into moto becuase of these people they went to my church before they moved, but i never met or seen them there, i met haiden and huck at the fox raceway national in 23, still have yet to meet brian marissa or hailie

Initially Brian and his wife didn't want Haiden to race dirt bikes but after realizing Haiden was a true natural and amazing talent they decided to fully support him and run with it .

There is no such thing as natural talent. For anybody you think is naturally talented at what they do, believe me, they put in the time. People learn at different rates usually because they figured out good methods to learn or not. Physically though, I know some kids have better motor functions than other kids. I knew a guy at the age of fifteen 45 years ago, cut down a popluar tree, (small dia, tall, straight tree that bends well), cut it to size he wanted, and started poll vaulting with it 7' high, (just about perfect form too), because he saw it on the summer Olympics earlier. He was naturally good at anything physical, and he never played sports in school. I don't think Haiden learns as fast as that guy did. He put in way more time. I bet Haiden has put in more time on a bike than anybody his age in the world. Kid is good though. He earned it. :)
