It is weird for me to see this video of Haiphong. Thing has changed a lot since this video came out that many sights in this video have changed completely.

A little history they might not tell you is Hai Phong is known back in the American war as a gangster town ;) most of the gangsters have no migrated to Saigon in D4 I believe
