She is one of my favorite singers of all time. She is a Pop-rock singer. Amanda also sang Pop, Ballads, and Ranchera. She is a singer, song-writer, and pianist. She was born in Argentina, but made her career in Mexico. She became a Mexican citizen and currently lives in Los Angeles. Her late husband, singerDiego Verdaguer, died recently. He wrote songs for her and did duets with her. She was very popular in the 1980's. She has had a long career, still sings.

Amanda Miguel is Argentinian born, and adopted the Mexican Citizenship after moving to Mexico with her late husband (who was also a singer and already known). They got married and both took the Mexican Citizenship. Three days ago I saw her in concert and she said to the audience that after she left Argentina, she never went back to give concerts there. She said that even Argentinians think she is Mexican born. But she also told the audience that she is both very proud to be Argentinian and Mexican too. She said, “Mexico gave me Everything”!

It's amazing how often you are spot on in terms of the emotions being expressed in a song even though you don't speak the language and purely based on their performance. She is enraged, hurt, and betrayed that she now knows the man who claimed to love her simply lied.

Man I swear latin American artists were so good and passionate. You can’t find that anymore nowadays.
