Not so fast: I have an MBA and a Finance/Accounting degree, knocked out the Intuit academy Tax Level 1 and Tax preparation, and was contacted by a recruiter. On the day of the interview, I got an email cancelling it because I didn't have two years of paid tax experience - including filing at least 30 returns in each of those years.

Does intuit recognize graduate degrees outside of the job title?

Hey! So, the specific degree or certification matters if you apply to a technical role (such as most of the roles on their Tech team). The degree is recognized for Intuit's customer-facing roles, but the major/focus isn't as important. That being said, recruiters still need to see on a resume how their experience (even if it came from education) relates to the needs of the role. I hope this helps!
