I love that it’s free, but I don’t know if it just been forgotten or not being cared about anymore. There is a lot of glitches and lagging with the tax 1 course. One of the modules I can’t even open, and I’ve tried on 3 different devices. Also there is no study guide like another video stated, or I’m not able to find it. So unless you take a bunch of notes or want to go through each and every module to read the pre assessments. I get it’s free but very clunky and not very users friendly which is wild since Inuit is know for making things user friendly.

The tech glitches are so frustrating that it's not worth it. IT support is a joke.

My two cents: I did the Level 1 tax and tax prep courses (half way through level 2), and now the bookkeeping and ProAdvisor courses/certification as well. I've also got an accounting/finance degree with an MBA - computer information systems and a lot of technical/customer support experience. However, I don't come from a background of bookkeeping and taxes. On the other hand, the gentlewoman in the video did come from a background of bookkeeping and taxes. I do believe that she would have been contacted by Intuit regardless of her taking their tax courses. Further, it should be considered, after you finish one of these courses you do, proactively, press the button to contact a recruiter, so I don't think that the job offer was too much of a surprise.

This is interesting information. What kind of customer support does the Intuit Academy provide?
