What most trekkers do while ascending is that they climb too quickly. Due to this their pulse rate shoots up and they get tired easily. Once they reach the summit, they underestimate the descent.
Descending on a trek may not look as tough as ascending. But incorrect descending can leave you with strained knees and numb toes.

while descending, sometimes my toes pain a lot. n i get little blisters. whats the issue? how do i correct myself

Hello Sakina, To avoid blisters, choosing the right shoe size and getting comfortable with them before you go on a trek is important. Hi, you should always use your heels first and then toes. Also, keep your knees loose and not locked to minimise the shock on knees.

What's the important tip that one should follow when trek is rocky with high step rocks and one is forced to take big steps instead of small ones due to rocky nature of terrain and large steps kind of rocks and steep ascent ?

When trek is rocky, we should take help of the trek guide who can help find an alternative path that is much easier, apart from this, make sure your hands are free so that you can use your hands for support and in case the rocks are wet and slippery, use climbing rope.

My Toe nails pain in descend... Last month trek... my toes got swollen as my shoes got wet... still one of my toe nail is little black... other toe nail is white
