Hack Anxiety with Sound: Interview with Stefan Chmelik, Inventor of the Sensate Pebble

Sensate link: www.getsensate.com//HatsonCoach
Regular viewers of my channel will know that I'm a big fan of the Sensate Pebble, a revolutionary new device that uses sound and vibration to reduce anxiety in only 10 minutes a day. Recently I was lucky to be able to interview Stefan Chmelik, founder of BioSelf Technology and inventor of the Pebble and get a real insight in to how the milennia old use of sound for wellbeing has been miniaturised and made available just at the time when anxiety seems to be at an all time high.
In the interview we discuss the genesis of the Sensate Pebble, the intent behind the use of sound and vibration to improve wellbeing, as well as feedback from current users on how the device has benefited them. We also explore other devices and technologies such as Heartmath, biofeedback and neurofeedback. Additionally we talk about their current production status, when the device will be in stock rather than preorder, and what's in the product roadmap for Sensate in 2021 and beyond.
Stefan Chmelik is a life-long meditator, renowned integrated healthcare physician and wellbeing technology visionary. As founder of New Medicine Group in London’s famous Harley Street, he created a world-class team with 300 years of combined clinical excellence. Through his work there with thousands of patients, he identified both the need and the solution to the problem of modern life stress, which led to the formation of BioSelf Technology in 2015.
And if you are looking to buy a Sensate Pebble, then please check out the special Indiegogo discount link www.getsensate.com//HatsonCoach for a massive discount off the RRP.

Matthew, very grateful for this extraordinary interview with Stefan. I am also a Heartmath user from Melbourne Australia and have been interested in combining other biofeedback devices. Sensate is now on my list.

I have the SENSATE since it went on sale, I recommend it. I found missing a track with more neutral music like rain or the sea to meditate.

Hi Matthew, Would you advise the sensate for someone with heartfailure (with irregular heart beat) or maybe another advise that stimulate the vagus nerve.... I'm a bit hesitant because you need a phone with EMF radiation with it.

Hi Jacqueline you should consult your medical practitioner before using any devices. That being said I wouldn’t think that the emf from Sensate would be significant enough to cause or exacerbate a problem. Without knowing more about your situation I’m hesitant to recommend other technologies.. if you have a particularly sensitivity to emf then perhaps stick to balanced breathing which you can do using the breath pacers on my channel... just put them on your TV and follow them from a distance. Hope that helps!! Matt

Thanks for your comment Andrew! NuCalm is pretty pricey.. I'm not convinced that you need to spend all that money to get good results

I ordered a sensate 2 this weekend and am having problems with the outsourced e-commerce team/ customer services who don’t know when I’m going to receive one as they say they’re currently out of stock. Any help much appreciated 👍

Great question! The Sensate’s vibrations are definitely audible. I don’t know what frequency ranges tut uses… I’m guessing that’s proprietary info., sorry!
