Hachis Parmentier, a French cottage pie
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Get full recipe here www.recipe30.com/hachis-parmen...
Hachis Parmentier is known throughout France as the most popular comfort food. Originally created to use up leftover meats from the Sunday roast. The roasted meat was trimmed off the bone, minced with the vegetables. If you have a left over roast, why not use this option rather than buying fresh mince. The mash is very buttery and should be rustic with some texture not smooth.

I wonder if adding some parsley, an egg and red wine to the beef mixture would give it a nice kick?

Good❤
Not bad but I have a take on this. I live in Thailand so it needs a bit more garlic. It is a pork, mushroom, leek and potato bake. Incredible and I am sure you can nail it. I don't expect a reply but who knows.

Shokugeki no souma?
Joel, you really need to decide whether you're gonna focus to be chef, cinematographer or music composer. It's kinda confusing to your fans to watch your videos since every aspect is delightful and really enjoyable thus it's hard do define what your videos really are, lol. 😂😂😂

Recipe30 that’s the thing about it , nobody requests it because very few people know what it is and there’s not if hardly any videos on it . None of these chefs make it . IV looked I think it would help your Chanel
If you follow the recette in the link then you will end up with way too much butter which will lead to a mushy beef hachis.. The quantities of butter used in the video are much closer to what you want to use and the result is a very delicious hachis permentier!
Not much different than a cottage pie here in the UK. It's nothing special really. Mince and potatoes lol.

You're right, it was peasant food originally, but so damn tasty!
Very unhealthy, beef, lot of butter, milk & cheese... I think this very heath hazardous preparation.
