Skate blog: 'Haarlem - Schiedam'
Unfortunately, we could not let the Autumn edition of Rondom Amsterdam go ahead. Too dangerous with a slightly larger group.
That's why a skate tour heads south with the wind often at your back. What a wind! And it showed! Lots of twigs and wet leaves on the roads... even a whole fallen tree that we had to climb under/over. That completed the experience for today.
Saw many new, but also well-known roads and sights.
Julie (from Amsterdam) wanted to ride along to Rotterdam and that was fun. Why not to Rotterdam Central Station? Purely due to the fact that the trains from there do not run to Haarlem and Amsterdam. So I got on a little further, near Schiedam, and had myself driven to Haarlem in one go.
I didn't have a film camera with me today, but I did take a lot of images with the phone. Enjoy the Relive aftermovie
