Well whenever Helga screams bloody murder, it seems like only Arnold hears something and no one else does. Like in this one, he asked Gerald if he heard anything and Gerald shook his head saying, "no I didn't hear anything" So I'm assuming they assumed they could've imagined the whole thing. Or simply that Helga is sort of like the Kramer of Seinfeld, and they don't ask those types of questions like Helga just popping out of the wall all dusty and all, just like in the hot tub one where Kramer was using Jerry's sink to fill buckets of water

this should not be as relateable as it is I was far to good at hide and seek as a kid, I would crawl in the most unpleasant places just to win though I now remember one case where I think they deliberatly left me where I was cause when i finally came out they had been doing something completely different for a while
