Ingredients:
For Chutney:
1 Bowl Fresh Coriander
20-25 Mint Leaves
1-1/2 inch Ginger
3 Green Chillies
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Black Salt
Salt to Taste
1/2 Lemon Juice
Water as Require
For Dhokla Batter:
2-1/2 Cup Semolina
3/4 Cup Curd
1 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
Salt to Taste
Water as Require
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Eno
Sweetcorns
Olives
For Tadka:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Fresh Coriander
For Masala:
Crushed Chilly Flakes and Black Pepper
