𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚) 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ~ H.H. Dudjom Rinpoche - Dzogchen

This guided meditation has been formatted from a teaching where H.H. gave a clear exposition on meditation practice in London, 1979. You can find it here: • Dudjom Rinpoche about ...
His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche (1904-1987) was one of the greatest scholars and tantric masters of Tibetan Buddhism. The direct reincarnation of Padmasambhava himself, his life was foretold in the predictions of the great tantric master when he arrived in Tibet in the eighth century. He said that he would be reborn in our time as Dudjom Rinpoche, giving details of date, place and specific signs.
Considered the greatest terton (discoverer of hidden texts, or terma) of our time, His Holiness has also made a thorough and critical study of all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism, realizing the wisdom of all lineages.

That thought absence, where you're really drowsy and dull.. That happened a few days ago as I was just sitting in my kitchen. I noticed there were no thoughts at all after a bit. That was the only thought in between deafeningly silent periods that lasted many seconds "No thoughts?.." It in hindsight reminds me most of times where I was so stoned in the past I was on the verge of passing out. Everything is in a thick fog and everything is obscured and muffled. Something cut into the dullness and told me "Oh, no.. Hey! Sit up!", two or three times. The first time I heard it I was so far away that I ignored it. Like you're in really deep sleep and you vaguely against your every wish hear the alarm and you ignore it. But the being insisted, like it almost was physically trying to shake me up from inside like a concerned friend preventing someone from losing consciousness. What ever it was was serious about me coming out of that state. It guided me to sit up and straighten my spine up against the kitchen cabinet I sat against, focus my eyes in front of me. As I came out there was truly a stench leaving my body. And that was a bit of a shock. And also completely snapped me out of it, like oh wow! So I thanked the invisible friend who had helped me out. I am so very grateful for your recordings. Sometimes when you're on " your own" it is so very helpful to have these teachings online! 💜

If you are looking for more material, check out "the golden sayings" of Blessed Gilles of Assisi. He was not a learned man, and saw himself as very lowly. His sayings are very profound, full of wisdom and mystical in nature.
