    made it yesterday .and that was exactly the same..everyone in my house liked this so much that I am making it again today...so I used SUJI little less this time..I was using suji more that is why it used to be little hard inside..but this time it was perfect..thanks for the amazing recipe❤

    *Gulab Jamun Recipe by Spice Bangla :* _Ingredients:_ - 1 cup powdered milk (preferably full-cream) - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour - 1 tbsp semolina flour - 1 tbsp ghee - 1 tsp baking powder - 2 eggs (whisked) _Syrup:_ - 2 cups sugar - 2 cups water - 3 cardamoms - a pinch of saffron (optional) - 1 tsp lemon juice _Directions:_ 1. Mix all the dry ingredients. 2. Add ghee and mix well. 3. Add the whisked egg, a little bit at a time, and mix. The dough should have a soft, sticky consistency. 4. Let the dough rest for a few minutes. 5. Rub some ghee onto your palms and shape smooth, 2-inch balls out of the dough. (Note that the dough balls will expand to double this size once they are fried and soaked in syrup.) 6. For the syrup, boil sugar and water with cardamoms over medium heat. 7. Optional: Once the water boils, stir in the saffron. 8. Add a squeeze of lemon to prevent the sugar from crystalizing. Turn down the heat to low. 9. Fry the dough balls in oil over medium-low heat. Stir well until the balls are evenly brown. 10. Strain the fried dough balls from the oil and transfer them to the hot syrup. Stir slightly. 11. Turn up the heat to medium and cover for 5-6 min. 12. Turn off the heat and leave covered for 1 hour. 13. Serve and enjoy!

    I'm in aweee with your channel,really good work. Tried to make that but after i put the eggs slowly the dough became way too sticky didn't know what to do so had to throw it ☹

    That is exactly how it should be😊 the dough has to be really sticky to make these gulab jamuns and it will stick to you fingers. After you make the dough let it sit for a while (4-5 minutes) and it will be much easier then to shape the sweets. Thank you very much for trying my recipe and hope the best for the new time😊😊

    প্রথমত চিনির সিরা পাতলা করবেন, সীরা ফুটন্ত গরম থাকা অবস্থায় মিষ্টিগুলো সেটাতে ছেড়ে ঢেকে রাখবেন, ঠান্ডা হওয়া অব্দি খুলবেন না।
