Arnold, Carvajal, etc can't defend against Vini or Mbappe if you're talking about 1v1 speed. I think fort can improve. He's not the fastest but has good football IQ and positioning, know when and when not to tackle are much more needed as a defender than just pure speed. Defending against such players comes down more to the team's defensive structure than it does Ona a defender's 1v1 ability

@@psychoced437 Thank you :) I was talking about his defensive performance in that game. I know he was decent in the first team, but being inconsistent and lack of intensity won't guarantee him a place in the first team. And i wasn't even hating on him or anything, so don't get worked up over nothing :)
