Bangan ko bhun na padta he aag pe phir isko crus Kiya jata he baad me bhot Sara tail daal kar usme Rai jeera dala jata he baad me pyaj daal k bhun na hota he baad me bhot Sara lahsun kutke dala jaata he baad me masale daal kar thodi der bhuna jaata he baad me tamatar daal k bhuno baad me crus bengan ko dala jata he phir isko pakaya jaata he achhi tarha bengan ko aag pe bhuno ge tabhi iska test aata he nhi to bengan ki sabji jesa hi test aayega ye recipe ek baar bana k dekhiyega phir muje reply kariyega
