Yes you are right, Effective Nov. 9, 2023, India nationals are not allowed eligible to participate in the H-2B program as of now, they were allowed earlier. may be next year again they are starting

Agar aapko USA mein settle hona hai aur aapke pas 10-15 lakh ke budget mein options explore karna hai, toh kuch options hain jinke through aap apne career ko USA mein shuru kar sakte hain. Master's Program (MS) in Electrical Engineering: Aap MS in Electrical Engineering ke liye apply kar sakte hain. Isse aapki education level enhance hogi aur aapko job opportunities mil sakti hain. MS programs generally take around 1.5 to 2 years to complete. Optional Practical Training (OPT) after MS: MS ke baad, aapko milne wala ek option hai OPT, jisme aap F-1 visa ke tahat apne field mein practical experience gain kar sakte hain. OPT ke through aap ek saal tak job kar sakte hain. H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Agar aap MS karke OPT complete karte hain aur aapko job mil jaati hai, toh aap apne employer se H-1B visa sponsorship ke liye apply kar sakte hain. @@khanazam1569 H1B Visa jis Company k through aaye he kebal usme hi job kar sakte he,, but good news is, you can search other job here, and once you get the job, other company will apply H1B amendments for you,, fir H1B visa us doosri company k liye transfer ho jayega so tum uske liye kam kar paoge, so basically, if you come on H1B , you can change your job, and new company will take care of Paper work

I have created Visa for B1B2 Visa as well,, and it is a simple process and anyone can come to USA on B1B2 visa,, but only thing is you can not earn any money on this visa... you can offcourse come for any exam

Ji haan, agar aapke kisi relative ke paas motel ya hotel hai aur ve H-2B visa ke zariye kisi ko work permit dilwana chahte hain, to is tarah ka arrangement kiya ja sakta hai. H-2B visa ka upyog temporary non-agricultural workers ke liye hota hai, jismein hotel ya motel ke employees bhi shaamil hote hain, agar unhein kisi temporary basis par hire kiya gaya hai aur unke liye koi specific job offer hai. Yadi aapke relative ke paas motel ya hotel hai aur ve aapko temporary basis par hire karna chahte hain, to unhein H-2B visa ke liye application submit karna hoga. Ismein kuch pramukh kadam hain: Labour Certification: Sabse pehle, aapke relative ko US Department of Labor (DOL) se labour certification prapt karna hoga. Ismein unhein dikhana hoga ki koi local worker ya citizen available nahi hai jo unki requirements ko pura kar sake, aur unhein bahar se worker hire karne ki zarurat hai. USCIS Application: Labour certification milne ke baad, aapke relative ko United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) ke paas H-2B visa ke liye petition submit karna hoga. Is petition mein unhein aapki job offer ke saare details aur aapki qualifications provide karni hogi. Visa Application Process: Agar aapka petition approve hota hai, tab aapko apne desh ke nearest US embassy ya consulate mein jaakar H-2B visa ke liye apply karna hoga. I would suggest, aap kisi aur country ko bhi consider karo, like Duba, Saudi aram, Qubait, arab countries are easy option to Indian people. USA ki company search karna aapke liye tough hoga
