True, company can send from foreign entity to US branch but for that company has to sponsor L1Avcategory visa only, for executive level it's L1Band for that LCAcis required, L1A has tough requirements and scrutiny, yes, all visas have scrutiny but L1 A has highest

Applying for DV lottery is based on the county you born! India is ineligible for applying DV lottery even if they apply from inside US. So pls spread authentic information.

Then you have no chance to go to America on f1 because they will reject you when you say that u have greencard holder relatives because they will assume that you will go to America and never return to ur country

Hi, thank you for your informative video. I am, Sohaib, from Pakistan and currently in the US on F-1 visa. For the DV lottery, people from Pakistan are also not qualified for 2025. But, you mentioned that if you are a student and already in the US, you could still apply for DV lottery even in you don't qualify based on the country (you gave India example). Could you please explain how my being in the US will make difference, any document which could help me know the procedure so I could apply for that for the next year. Thank you again.
