U can take upto 8 broiler eggs per day,,,if it is free range or layer chicken eggs are much better than broiler

Whats wrong with 700 calories? On average a male needs 2500 calories. Divide those 10 eggs within 3 meals and it sounds perfectly fine

I'm too having Gout problem. I used to drink atleast 2ltrs of water, and have tripala churanam everyday and avoid meat items. Eat only egg, pulses, groundnut and channa, whey protein for my protein intakes doing it for past 1yr till now I didn't faced any problems
