You mean Yeungnam University! Right? I'm not sure what course you're talking about, but if you're trying to apply for a master's program, the deadline may have passed. Please refer to the link here engraduate.yu.ac.kr/engraduate/prospective/admission-guideline.do . And if you are not planning to study abroad with a scholarship, I don't think GPA and TOPIK score will be relevant.
