As a senior, I'd like to offer some advice: when choosing your major, make sure to research thoroughly. Look into whether the major is well-regarded at Yeungnam University or not. Also, while this may not be a big city, living here is quite comfortable. 🥰💖

I've heard from chonnam uni student that for them, shortlisting, interview and results were literally two days apart each. can you give me rough idea about it? 2) how is interview process there? what do they look for? 3) is the university foreigner friendly? 4) I saw you moved to an apartment,do you find it safe living by yourself there? I'm not much acquainted to daegu tbh. i know more about seoul and busan. but yeungnam university is quite impressive to me. Right. In my case, the shortlisting, interview, and results came out really quickly. I can't remember exactly how many days, but I do recall it being fast. However, keep in mind that it varies by department. Also, since the university is foreigner-friendly, you don't need to worry about acceptance. There's about a 90% chance of getting accepted. There were two interviews: one via email and one in person. I had the email interview, where I had to respond to several questions within three days. I heard from my friends that professors conduct the face-to-face interviews. They typically ask about why you chose this major, why you chose our uni, your future learning plans, and basic knowledge about your major. As I mentioned earlier, there are lots of foreigners at the university. Frankly, there are so many foreigners in Korea that I don't think you need to worry. Daegu was a bit unfamiliar to me at first, but I've grown to like it since living here. I feel safe living alone so far. Plus, the majority of residents in our apartment are foreigners. The downside is that there aren't as many places to hang out in Daegu compared to Seoul. It's a bit less populated and slightly quaint compared to Seoul, but living here isn't bad. Especially with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right front of Yeungnam University. Business major!? Looks like you'll have to study harder .. hahaha If you have more questions, feel free to ask.Hopefully my answers can hep you. Good luck with your studies!🌸🍀🥰
