I always put my piston in the jug first then put it on and push the pin in.

The other guys video i didnt learn a thing. You had that camera in a great spot so i could understand whats going on.. And put ya a 18 inch windshield on it. I did on mine and its a no brainer. Especially in the cold air.. Best thing i ever put on mine 👍👍

Hi Joey,And thanks for your time and dedication..I know you know and i really appreciate these videos even though i have never made my own.Probably you did not notice that the piston was not at top dead center,i know you put it at top dead center but it did not show and can be confusing for learners..Just that, not criticizing,i am sure it is a video editing mistake.i just came across this video and i like the way you explain.Thank you for helping ppl who do not know,i should do the same..i will.one day,but for now your videos are excellent,so probably i will not make any videos since you got this.Thank you brother, you are very nice person

I know it's 3 years ago. But... The bottom gasket is ripped and you installed the bottom chain guide upside down..

Thanks for the video Joey...Remember to do your before and after videos. It seems the best tuning for the GY6 are all variator related so maybe you can work on that next ..Sliders and Performance Clutch Spring and Bell

Well it starts up and it wraps a little bit and taps you get away with it but you're lucky but next time use assembly lube on your camshaft lobes top priority

Joey once again assembly lube on the camshaft lobes even if it's a used camshaft or a new camshaft you must use assembly lube otherwise premature failure when you first start it up

Joey you are sort of correct sometimes when your bulb is flashing fast can you check all your bulbs the bulb is in burned out not what I have a right side running and a left side running right side blinker right side flasher but I have nothing on the left side been working on it for weeks I have I have flashers in the front but they're flashing fast but I have milk plaster in the back I checked both circuit boards all fuses everything everything is been checked and I still have nothing except running lights that's it on the left hand side has nothing right side has everything so what is the problem I have a wiring harness problem I think under the dash or along the frame

Not the best diy video about how to install a big bore kit. You forgetting some quite important things. It looks like you also put the bottom chain guide rail upside down. By the look of the chain tensioner, its above a100 cc, they have round chain tensioners

You flirting with disaster Always put as soon as you see the timing chain, in case it drops in the motor. Which will definitely not happen if you use the zip ties
