I have long adored Gwyneth. There is nothing wrong with eating clean.

You mean eating an anorexic "diet" ? This video is old. She looks sick and 99yrs old. Her daily meals are fasting until noon, coffee for breakfast--thats it, bone broth for lunch, IV hydration 3x a day, working out for an hour followed by the sauna, and another clear broth for dinner.

She is like a angel ❤. She is a GREAT actress, I have seen all her films. God bless her🙏

Gwyneth has done a lot for promoting healthy lifestyles. Sure, sometimes she may go a little overboard but in my opinion she has had a positive impact on society by sharing what she has learned with others. it also seems like she genuinely is passionate about what she promotes and isn't doing it just to make money. Other celebrities should take note.

Lovely woman, truly don’t get all the hate she gets. Clearly, she is trying her best to stay healthy, whatever that “healthy” means to her. We’re all different and have differing views on health and wellness. I’ve always liked her.

Gwyneth Paltrow is a beautiful goddess that maintains her looks after being young, unlike most women whom let themselves go after age 30 to 40 and look scary.

I don't get colds. I had them all the time along with lung infections, so much so that my lungs were damaged. However, since I take large amounts of V-C , I don't ever have those problems anymore, for 50 years.

It's good to eat clean.but it's nice to crave once in awhile.

She’s had some of the mosr handsome boyfriends. She was with Brad Pitt and with Ben Affleck when both men were still in their goodlooking days.

I wish Doctor Oz could help me and my Mom; it seems like a simple solution to weight loss and health from what I sense for ourselves, although we're not receiving the right healthcare in Canada. Maybe USA has some extra networks (more population) to help us. For example within 24 hours we woke with baggy neck to chin areas, and then a hump at the back of the neck... all causing metabolic loss. Hers I noticed in December 2018 within 24 hours of seeing her, and me in February 2019 (to my surprise and non-imagination) happening within 24 hours. What is it? It's scary. Different cities, different foods, both of us two different people. Are we the victim of fitness-crimes?

Her recommendations about spf are dangerous.
