I would have never thought that too. When No Doubt blew up I was a teenager. I loooooooved her. She was my teenage idol. I was a blonde alternative girl and she was a badass lead singer right when girls my age needed to see that. Guys loved her and girls wanted to be her. (Still do). Never would I ever think she would be with B. Shelton. It’s nice to see. ❤️

Actually she doesn't talk about God, she kind of dances around the issue. When Howard Stern asked if she's religious or a Christian, she said not really. So maybe she's spiritual but not religious?

I thought she was just another talented singer out in the field but she totally shows how smart she is, and she certainly knows what she's doing! New-found respect for her.

She has a cute voice and still has a girlishness about her even being in her fifties! I can almost still hear the teenage in her.

Good for Gwen, keeping the private details of her breakup with Gavin private. Even though now all the details are out thanks to the paparazzi, she was protecting her kids from the pain of their parents' breakup. A class act.

Wow she wrote the album in 8 weeks? That's awesome and I'm so excited to hear it. I'm actually glad she didn't release an album last year full of songs she didn't even write. This one is gonna be so personal and her best songs are. If the album is anything like 'Tragic Kingdom' or 'Used To Love You' then it's gonna be amazing! I remember listening to No Doubt when I was 5 and 20 years later I'm still just as in love with them and Gwen Stefani. Some things never change. 😉

During that time 7 years ago I was dying slowly of depression. I'm a romantic personally and the world didn't seem to nurture that so for a while I was simply losing my will to live. And then the song "Getting Warmer" was something I heard for the first time and it gave me strength..I mean I still feel depressed sometimes but I'm definitely not dying. So that saved my life. Can't ask more from an artist than that.

she talks about prayer alot...i adore her...from the cross on her necklace she's either catholic or christian...either way i adore her for going to God for everything even when it comes to song writing. this has motivated me not just musically but spiritually. and i remember now, in a bio i read about her early years shes catholic. either way i adore her strong beliefs

I'm a huge fan of Gwen's since Tragic Kingdom and This is What the Truth Feels Like is one of her REALEST and best artistic albums she's created. I'm thankful because I do find it relatable and I can remember when I would listen to that album going through difficult times myself.

Things happen to people in a strange way. I fell out of love and cheated on my wife after 17 years. I was wrong but she played a part by pushing me away. Like Gwen and Gavin it's been a growing period for me and hopefully them also. Most important is that those 3 beautiful kids are doing well and seem to be really happy. I just pray for all of them and hope what was meant to be learned from this situation happens. God bless them...

Ryan was nicer to Selena Gomez when he interviewed her. Perhaps radio interviews are tough. I don't understand the comments about an accent being annoying. California, New York, southern, european, asian etc. Accents are character. I love her strength and soon glory after a broken home situation. It's beautiful. Magic in the making.

I feel that Ryan was being very inconsiderate. I understand he wants to know what's going on but where is the consideration for her privacy and feelings? it's way too early for her to just start divulging information in public at that. yes, we as her fans may genuinely care and be concerned for her but people are stupid and can twist things and even though she is human like all of us, she is a celebrity. This is something that I thought that he would have been aware of. it makes me question if he understands women at all. why would you put her on the spot like that? Gwen, I'm sorry that such a beautiful song came out of something so tragic( no pun intended) but I'm glad that your motivation and your gift is still intact and even though I don't know you I can definitely relate being that we are all human and sometimes the best things come out of the worst situations.
