I think it was because their deaths were their choice. In endgame, Nat chose to die in the place for Clint. Here, Gwen emphasizes that helping Peter in the grid was her choice. Its so sad. I still can't move on.

Can we just appreciate the fact that Gwen didn't just sit there and scream all the time. She helped him every chance she got to point where he had to web her to a car to stop her from helping him and even that didn't stop her. She was the complete opposite of Mary Jane in that aspect. MJ (Tom's girlfriend) is kinda in between but definitely the closest to Gwen in that aspect.

In the comics Marvel wanted to break up the couple but could not find a good way to separate them as they were perfect for each other. So they decided to kill Gwen permanently to help Peter Parker develop both as Spiderman and Peter Parker. That was reason until around 2000-2004 that you would wish it never happened.

Don't think of MJ as the one you see in Raimi movies. Real MJ of comic is Peter's equal (also she's rarely kidnapped, when she does she always turned that around or even saving Spidey). Gwen in TASM only gives you a glimpse of what Spidey's love interest should be, though note that Gwen in comic is "women in refrigerator" satellite character.

@@klockenberg2299 i respect your opinion.but that was because marvel comics didn't have a choice. Most of the love interests at that time were like that. So They had to make mj different. Plus mj for me in the comics felt like the spectacular Spider-Man series personality of mj with the life and temper of raimi's mj. Also, for the fact that Peter's marriage lasts for 5 years makes me hate their relationship even more. And Gwen's death was the only way Peter and Gwen could be separated otherwise they were definitely going to get married.

This scene is iconic!!! Just like the comic!! Peter trying to save Gwen, while fighting green goblin at the end he lost her. Great performance by both of them. No spider man movie compare to this

Even though I saw this coming when Gwen Stacy dies since I read comics, it was still very emotional when I saw this scene the first time in cinemas and it even made me cry.

This 11 min video is way better than the whole twilight series

after watch tasm2, when I saw tasm1, I can't stop crying everytime when I see peter and gwen is with together, they loved each other so much, but their love stroy was sad ending

Such an impresive and interesting video with all fantastic scenes of their love. To cry 12 mins never happened to me, this movie has an amazing power for views to pound their heart very fast and keep being emotive all the time. It's unbelieveable, i have never thought that a movie will have this chance. In my opinion it's still better than Tobey Maguire's version, a mix of feelings between this couple that will always sugerate something new, a life full of love and joy. Thanks a lot for these unforgettable scenes!

When I was younger, I never understood these movies and I liked them but I was too young to understand them. Now I’ve been watching like 3-4 minutes videos of them and when Gwen died I honestly started crying a little. I love them too together. And it’s so sad that Gwen of all people had to die.

Andrew Garfield is the best spiderman........and maybe sudden death of Gwen Stacy (Emma) made it a ever lasting sweet but sad love story 😔😔❤❤

This the best Spider-man movie by far.I think that Peter and Gwen are so great, they are soo suited and their chemistry is amazing.I just don't understand why they had to make it a sad ending. Why did they have to end it this why?

Manhh....there is no comparing among tobey ,Andrew and Tom....they all did their part so good in their own different way.....the romance part tho....Andrew and Emma's chemistry is the best no denying that

the bond they make in the whole series just make it more hard for me to forget about how sweet they are as a perfect couple , and the death of gwen was just really depressing.

I was so disappointed at how this ended when I saw it. But then there's no closure because there was never a third one. The acting in this one is the best out of any Spider Man franchise and it was a bummer to never have any kind of finale on it.

.. he's best of the best... saddest thing was when Gwen died! .. their chemistry is one hell great , hope he continue to act as spder man on #TASM-3 .. :-)

+jenissa mae saludar have you been living under a rock? They casted tom holland as the new spiderman for the reboot and Civilwar and basically every marvel movie with him in it.

+jenissa mae saludar he was not fired, he just finished the franchise of "The Amazing Spider-Man", the new one would have Tom Holland as Peter, he is doing his first appearance as Spidey on Captain America: Civil War, he is an amazing peter/spidey btw :)

I still cant move on from Gwen's death. For me they're the best couple in spiderman. And I love Andrew's character when he becomes spider man. But Toby is the best Peter Parker for me and have the best story and reason for becoming spiderman.

I m a big fan of Spiderman and the Peter and Gwen love story.. this video made me feel again for the saddest end. great job.. u told the whole love story in a single video and made us feel..
