There is an engine failure light. They have to have it to race. But it's an oxymoron. A light telling you the engine is dead. He had a chuckle with that one.

They do have warning lights for oil pressure e.g. But yeah.. that's one way to solve engine problems, remove the warning lights and keep going.

Before being crashed, then subsequently converted into a beast. This was guys everyday work van.. So yeah,,, it's cherished alright.

Yes but her time was BtG - Bridge to Gantry (19.1km) i belive his was the Complet Nordschleife (20.832km) so the 2 times are hard to compare with each other. But i belive too that Sabine could have found a few more seconds with that Van he is driving becaues she basicly had known every little Rock on that Track

the energy and passion and skill and knowledge that Guy has is something special not to mention a giant set of tessticles

One of my highlights of your series guy. Always loved a transit. Lucky enough I had a bit of sight when you did this program so I was lucky enough to see it but not all of it unfortunately it was slightly blowy on the screen but the sounds was amazing. Hope you go racing soon as if you go to Browns it I will definitely be there love the smell and the sounds of vehicles racing around

i love vans some stuff they are not great at, but the will do anything. The one van that got me starting to love vans and are still my favorit, is the Ford Supervan 2. i wonder how that or the ather Ford supervans can do around that track

I know vans are not good because of aerodynamics, but aside from that I love vans! Which is probably why Tesla is so hesitant to build a van but they have a truck and a pick up truck which are both more aerodynamic but it’s doable

And some ordinary scandinavian blue collar guy took his first laps on a race track ever when he tried the Nordschleife with a standard 90hp rental car.. He did it when he was off from work and he clocked in at 09:41 BTG..

The original fastest van lap was done by Sabine Schmidt in a STANDARD transit. Put her in that van and she will probably do a sub 9 minute
