I don’t get it either 😢 I think it’s a lack of empathy, no way these people feel anything if they can let an animal go, with no way to protect or feed itself, and just drive away. Soulless humans make me very angry.

That is it! Sad..it is so painful to watch poor dogs will sit down and wait for the owner to come back and they will never come back! It breaks my heart! It is just cruelty!

Agree. I rescued a Pomeranian and she was nasty, at the first, very nasty, but now she is a marvellous companion. She lost all trust, and was very aggressive, which was allowed for because you could see the real dog, and she appears to be grateful for a chance to live as she should

I sit here crying because she reminds me of the first dog we had when I was a child. I am sooo happy that she was found and adopted in the end! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR HELPING HER ❤

How a society treats its most vulnerable and voiceless is how it’s judged. For children, animals, the elderly, the less advantaged - we should and can do better! 💕

So someone saw the dogs getting dumped, and it never occurred to them to take them to a shelter or have a rescue pick them up--WTF?! Thank you Rayce for taking care of them until they got adopted! Those two sweethearts will never forget your kindness!

I agree with your comment. If it's true that they saw the dogs get dumped, and they did nothing? Then, they should be ashamed of themselves. It it obvious that the black dog is a senior and has lost a lot of weight. People need to be part of the SOLUTION, NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM! They cannot fend for themselves.

She would be at the top of euthanasia list in the shelter with her advanced age, anxious personality and fear of dogs and cats. And rescues are usually full. So she would become someone's responsibility until they adopted her out just like Rayce did. You need to have a lot of time on your hands to do what he does.

I will never understand how anyone can abandon or abuse an animal, especially if it's their pet. I would do anything for my cat. If I have to forfeit food so he can eat, I would. I don't trust a human who is cruel to an animal.

One never knows the circumstances. Maybe they were living out of a car.

And the person that saw the dumping did nothing. Heartless. Loving looking dogs and now full of life and fun. Many thanks for having a good heart. I took in a dog that had been dumped, and it took a long time for her to come around to be the dog that she was born to be. She appears to grateful and full of life and a joy to be with. What evil people we have in society that simply would dump a dog, but not their life style

Daisy's my kinda dog, a black senior w/a grey muzzle and a hard luck story. Thanks, Royce, for being her foster and savior, taking her in along w/her companion there. Seriously, I was thinking about roadtripping down to NC from MA, then you said she got adopted into a new family, blessings to them! 💕🐾🐕‍🦺☮️🙏

I could see in Daisy's face that it was very hard for her to leave her wonderful rescuer....I was really cheering for her to stay with this nice man, she seems too sensitive to go to someone else....but hopefully! she got the nicest new adopter, because she so deserves it!! Some animals, like some people, are super sensitive, and need so much reassurance and love...hope she is doing great 💟💟💟

Daisy reminds me so much of my pup, Rosie, who passed away two months ago at the age of thirteen. Rosie was smaller than Daisy, but otherwise she looked and behaved just like Daisy. Their stories are similar, too. Rosie was found at a local town dump, along with another pup who she was protecting. Rosie herself carried the physical and emotional scars of what had most likely been years of abuse. But over many months, as her fear slowly melted away, Rosie revealed herself to be all sweetness and heart. I am so glad that Daisy will have the kind of life I tried to give Rosie in her senior years. 🌹
