Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander - 2 Tbsp
Garlic red chilly chutney - 1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Hing - 2 pinch
Ajwain - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 Tsp
Dhaniya jeera powder - 1/2 Tsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Water - 1/4 Cup
FOR SHAAK:
Oil - 4 Tbsp
Guvar - 120 grams
Ajwain - 3/4 Tsp
Jeera - 1/2 Tsp
Dry Red Chilly - 1
Hing - 2 pinch
Garlic chutney - 3/4 Tbsp
Red chilly powder - 2 Tsp
Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp
Kokum - 4
Jaggery - 2 Tbsp
Water - 2 Cups
Salt
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp

Guvar kevo levo te video ma batavyu chhe..bee(seeds) vagar no levaano, patlo hovo joiye, sehli rite tuti jaay tevo levaano.
