For DHOKLI:
Besan - 1 Cup
Buttermilk - 1 Cup
Water - 1 Cup
Salt - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 Tsp
For VAGHAR:
Oil - 2 Big Spoons(6 tbsp)
Rai - 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 2 Tbsp
Ajwain - 1/4 Tsp
Jeera - 1/2 Tsp
Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilly - 1
Hing - 2 pinch
Buttermilk - 1 Cup
Water - 1 CUp
Garlic chutney
Curry leaves - 3
Coriander
FOR GARLIC CHUTNEY:
Garlic - 6 cloves
Red chilly powder - 2 Tbsp
Jeera - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Water - 2 Tbsp
