Drug addiction is such a hard thing to go through, especially with your loved ones who will sit by your side enduring every episode you have hoping that one day you will stop. It's really amazing that he shed light upon this and opened up about his own past problems and how he was able to make amends with his sister. I hope this can be a light in the dark for any followers who may be going through the same thing. i’m 20 and i’ll probably be going to my 2nd rehab. it feels like i’ve been addicted to cocaine since forever, because i’m a borderliner and that’s the only thing i got to keep on going, but it’s taking control of me. everyday feels like a battle i don’t wanna fight and i’m severely depressed, gus’ songs have helped me through such hard times. i am so thankful for his art.

@@vanuvidivici9702 Cocaine addiction is one of the worst man, it's so bad for your heart and takes years off of your life so quickly. Healthy, young men and women have cardiac events and die well before the age of 40 because cocaine addiction destroys your heart. As a former addict, I know that telling you the harms isn't necessarily going to change anything about your addiction, depending on where you are in your story. But it's something to think about... you're so young; imagine the pain and suffering that your parents would have to bare when you have a heart attack and keel over young from something that they see as preventable. As always, God speed, and good luck in your journey. You have all of my sympathy for having to suffer addiction, and I know you have the strength to overcome.

@@vanuvidivici9702 my man I was addicted to Xanax to the point where my withdrawal had almost killed me. I just got married to an amazing women and will hopefully have a child in the next year. Life is atrocious and unforgivable but you still have some control over your own thoughts. Be stronger than yourself and imagine a life where everyone you love can be happy and hopefully that will help! It helped me and I hope for the best for you my man!

It felt like I was transported back to peak MTV era when the music made me feel things and the visuals were engaging. Thank you for this!

This is GENUINELY one of the most beautifully and powerfully written songs I’ve heard in a while
