the way he kept lingering in the pocket taking shots around 11:55 had me real worried for my bet on him. if the guy doesn’t have a crazy chin he’s gonna be exposed very early in his career

Colby played possum on the ropes and cracked him far more than I expected he would. Right hand was there all day it seemed. Gug looks to have a decent chin but counting on it at HW is a scary proposition.

His style looks really like fury and his body , even when he faints its just like fury , you can tell he's studied fury

Madison stayed on the ropes stationary like a punching bag. I guess his job was to do that until Big Hug knocks him out. This fight was shaky and shady to say the least.

From the tape I could find, it’s kind of his style. Play possum and try to catch his opponent slipping and crack him with power shots. You should watch his fight vs mihai nistor in 2021. DAZN has it up on KZread. 2 round banger of a fight lol

His movement is just like fury , you can tell he's adopted his boxing style

A little ring rust was a big part of it imo. Didn’t seem to be in any rush this fight

He definitely needs to loose some weight once he steps up in quality of competition and number of rounds.

He most likely would be less effective just bc he’s built that way doesn’t mean he’s out of shape,fat burns slower then lean muscle. If he lost that much weight his punch resistance goes down and he’s going to need that with his style. Naturally he’s not body beautiful,losing weight would drain him ,you get better stamina as you do more rounds per fight .

He looks like a bit of a slugger And easy to hit and also overweight by 20/30lbs. He would be sorely tested against some of the elite boxers at the moment but given time who knows.

I feel like the inactivity played a part. Also Madison’s style is to lull his opponents to sleep the try to crack you with an over hand. Hopefully he’s active this year and we can see him grow.

G. H. Physique and stature is extent of resemblance to Tyson Fury. Good prospect on the boxing scene is this new power puncher.

He is a 'little bit' like Fury, but only a poundland version of him. I suspect, it's because he's white, a bit flabby, and has a bald head, that this comparison is being made. Being honest, I have seen higher quality white collar boxing.

As far as body type's go, he's a clone. Would love to see him adapt to fury's style. Very quick hands though, interested to see what's in store for big gug.
