Thank you for visiting Bali Indonesia. Little information, did you know that in Bali there are 26 volcanoes. Not only that, they even have different historical characteristics this is real because many foreign tourists don't know about this volcanoes in Bali. Most of them know that in Bali there are only 2 or 4 volcanoes which actually have 26 volcanoes in Bali. List of Volcanoes in Bali Indonesia. 1). Agung = 3.142m 2). Abang = 2.152m (My favorit in Bali). 3). Adeng = 1.826m 4). Batukaru = 2.276m 5). Batur = 1.717m (My favorit In Bali). 6). Banyu Wedang = 430m 7). Catur = 2.098m 8). Klatakan = 698m 9). Silang Jana = 1.903m 26). Ancient Bratan = ? (Exploded). Volcanoes in Indonesia are included in the biological mother of Indonesia. If the total number of volcanoes in Indonesia is more than 570 - 600 with different characteristics (on land + in the underwater sea). I hope you have a pleasant trip and have an extraordinary experience while in Indonesia because too many strange places. Visit one of the volcanoes (Mother biological Indonesia) at least 1 or 2 times, because it is different in all conditions or routes and you can also see other volcanoes than the one you are currently climbing. As well as having different histories regarding of eruptions that have occurred. But be carefull and this real. Other information : Even near Bali there is the island of Lombok which has 27 volcanoes. List of volcanoes in Lombok : 1). Rinjani = 3.726m (My favorit in Lombok). 2). Senkereang = 2.919m 3). Tanaklatur = 2.664m (My favorit in Lombok). 4). Plawangan = 2.612m 5). Barujari = 2.351m (My favorit in Lombok). 6). Atas Timuk = 2.238m 7). Nangi = 2.330m 8). Malang = 2.251m 9). Propok = 2.077m 10). Kanji = 2.045m (My favorit in Lombok). 11). Iyasa = 2.029m 12). Buanmangge = 1.916m 13). Seribu = 1.910m 14). Andas = 1.893m 15). Marungmerimis = 1.892m 16). Baliyuk = 1.732m (My favorit in Lombok). 17). Pergasingan = 1.670m 18). Bukitbau = 1.668m 19). Turunanjalan = 1.626m 20). Ketimun = 1.602m 21). Sengkor = 1.490m (My favorit in Lombok). 22). Mundung = 1.440m 23). Meninting = 1.418m 24). Bau = 1.336m (My favorit in Lombok). 25). Selong = 1.200m (My favorit in Lombok). 26). Mesjidborok = 1.272m 27). Muteran = 1.083m So, imagine just Bali + Lombok = 2 island in Indonesia but have 53 Volcanoes. Basically the territory of Indonesia is the volcano itself which forms a curved basin if one looks at it from the global maps. That is the real 100% biological mother of Indonesia = Volcanoes. (One above all / Volcanism of Indonesia) Good video and stay healthy.
Mount Ibu (ibu=mother in local language) 1325M above sea level. It is stratovolcane type and one of the most active volcane on East Indonesia (Halmahera island). As usual this is the superb video from Martin. Thanks for sharing and really appreciate your excellent work. Mount Ibu has potential danger to global environment. Actually ibu isn't means mother, ibu was from the word "ibo" which is a tribe in Halmahera island which gradually changes the pronunciation to ibu
The way it begins at 5:27, absolutely amazing. From such a little fire to a whole eruption.
Weird how it sounds like a gentle rainfall at times. Just lava rocks. The different types of exploding eruptions are amazing. Some seem to move from annoyed, irritated, angry, mad to final murderous blowout rage. Thanks Martin. Stay safe from ALL threats.

Your comment gave me a chuckle. I'm Indonesian, I live on another island 2.500 km away from this particular volcanic mountain. Our own island also has active volcanic mountains, 19 of it with the closest one just shy of 20KM from where I live. I've been to some of our volcanic mountains even witnessed an eruption once. I went to Anak Karakatou sometime last year and just several months later it erupted lol. But what I hate the most here is the earthquakes. Be it vulcanic or tectonic it scares me every time. You'll never get used to it
Fantastic footage. Thank you for letting us hear nature. Stay safe!
Very good material for geological study.Congratulations.👍🙋
A jolly good footage which allows us to understand gas' dynamics!
Beautiful shots and the sound 10:00 sounds like a USMC F-15 taking off! I love the sights WITH the sound! I've always loved your work so any video I KNOW will be GREAT!!
Awesome footage. Water must play a huge part in volcanic activity like this one..
These videos are beautiful.I doubt that I will ever witness such an eruption in person, so thank you for sharing these videos of a natural event that I would otherwise never see. Be well and be safe.

OH MAN!! your videos just take my breathe away- really extraordinary - quite incredible - AMAZING - Thank you,Thank you
Awe inspiring footage!!! It's amazing how much variety there is in each eruption. Hearing the volcano just reminds me that the planet is alive on a whole different scale. Btw catching Mt Dukono as well, I'm curious if there are any other volcanos which can be seen from that vista. Beautiful!!! Mahalo! 🌏💚
Great, great videography, good audio and what a show. Your effort and skill make for some spectacular viewing. Venting gasses and lava, lightning and a small dust devil ( 9:37 ) on the right just for extra fun.
I can't get enough of watching these and you do a outstanding job. Just the pure power amazes me. So beautiful yet so deadly.
Thanks for great video .Thank you again for not adding music.real volcano eruptions sounds preferred.till then keep smiling with lol Healthy and safely

Fantastis, amazing, wonderful, extra ordinary, without voice, everything natural. Good job Martin, thanks from Indonesia
I am binge watching your videos. They are AMAZING! Thank you for these stunning videos!
Awesome how the rising gasses create so much friction that the cloud has lighting bolts.
Can not thank you enough for these videos. The sound must be so powerful from where you stood.? power to behold.
Thank you so much for this. This is awesome' One of my favorite volcano videos ever! Siggts and sounds and it is like all volcanoes rolled into one. So crazy how the caldera gets so peaceful and uniform looking between eruptions and the all that lava with no flows. And it goes back to looking like an ash field with a little glowing dimple. And then all hell breaks loose again. Love it man!
This may be the most well behaved volcano I have ever seen.

vollxx4 Hmmmpf, it is Indonesia, they probably have five different volcanos erupting at any given time. Great for vulcanologists, not so hot for the residents. The featured eruption is kind of different. It does not seem to be erupting much in the way of new material, it just seems like the incandescent gasses are just reworking existing ash or tephra. The vent gets blocked and then clears, but without enough explosive force to really launch the large blocks and open a pit crater. It is so wonderful to have such advanced digital cameras that can record things that film could never capture, and then digitally shared around the globe in minutes or hours.

It's crater is like a pan of red hot sand. It is not releasing so much solid material in these footages, but it releases plenty of gases which stirs this pan of red hot sand. The lava just return on the surface and get reheated.

Best volcano footage ever.
Amazing!! How far away are you from the crater when filming this?
Really love your videos
Outstanding footage! Something that really stands out watching your videos, Martin, is that the sound of an erupting volcano is more like a loud "huffing" than the noises that get foleyed onto Hollywood films. I guess it must depend on the type of eruption? Is it the case that bangs mostly happen when the ejection is supersonic?
Thank you for sharing, very enjoyable
