The crystal clear vocals really add a new dimension to this song which until now have mostly just appreciated for the rift.

Agree, very talented musicians, shame it's a copy that any accomplished musician can do rather than a cover with their own interpretation and feeling, to be fair she might have well sang to a backing track (which in itself shows how well these guys copied the original), need to see some covers and not copies, shame that cover has become the term for copy :(

I just ran across this band this past week…and I agree this band is great! Not only a great lead vocal, but fantastic guitar/bass acoustics!

Everytime I hear Mike run that heavy solo up, I have a huge grin on my face and start sweating profusely. I'm going to practice until I can do that!

I've been trying, ever since I saw you for the first time, to define what it is that makes me appreciate you the way I do. Each of you is immensely talented and gifted. That's obvious, but as always, talent isn't enough, even when there's so much of it. It finally dawned on me as I watched this video. It's passion, pure raw passion, and you three have boatloads of it. And with your passion, you have an amazing ability to awaken passion in those who watch and listen. It isn't often when you see artists grab hold of that "something extra" and just do what they are truly meant to do. When that moment comes, you don't need tricks, gimmicks, or anything flashy. You throw yourself into the moment and just play it. That's where you are now, and I feel fortunate for having watched it.

It's hard for covers of any hit song to stay true to the original studio recording. This cover was damn near perfect.

Aye, IMY2 has a knack for respecting the source material a lot. Even though it is always original, because of the slight differences (guitar sound) or the bigger ones (Annalises vocals). This is a unique song in their catalog of covers where the most impressive stuff isn't just Annalise, but the guitar solos do a great job of competing for the crown. I wish I could play like this!

I'm curious about one thing: the drum part (which is spot-on) was fantastic... Who did the drums?

WOW! Just freakin’ WOW guys. You are smokin’ hot! I found you by accident tonight when I was looking for ‘Creep’ by Radiohead which I had never heard before. I came across your version and since I didn’t know who you were, I decided to listen. So glad I did! I loved it. I listened to several more of your songs and came across this one. This is my favorite Guns & Roses song and you rocked it girl. Your voice has a great range and you really put your heart into it. The guys are great too. Your guitar player freakin’ blew the walls down with this one! Absolutely great talent, all of you! I’ve been listening to bands for the last 45 years, as my ex-husband is a guitar player. I know good talent when I hear it and you guys are headed places. I can’t imagine what you would sound like with a drummer too!. I say add one on soon and the sky is the limit for you guys. ​@@leslie-rn7zv Very hard disagree. I looked up their vid. First off, the production was very noisy, not nearly as clean as this one. And the vocals... well, their vocalist can hit the notes, but I don't feel nearly the emotion behind it. She can't hold a candle to A. Neither can their guitarist, not nearly as clean and emotive. Why the algorithm blessed them is beyond me. Maybe it was their sponsor? Dunno.

Top shelf production, playing and singing. Props.

Come on, really? I like this group and think they're very talented. But to say you like this version better (everyone is entitled to their opinion) is sacrilege! The beauty of the lead and clarity of her voice is outstanding...but the soul and grit of Axl Rose isn't there. Axl changed tempo and hit highs with his "best rock n roll front man ever" voice! And his almost whispering "where do we go now" building up to the high notes only he can deliver believably on this classic! So much emotion in his voice. These guys are excellent musicians...But they aren't Slash nor Duff. That's not an insult. I've been impressed by imy2 since I became aware of them through KZread. I know this; I've been a fan of G N R since the beginning and over the years I've had Corvettes, Porsches and Turbo Z's ( Always with a kickass stereo system I had put in over the stock premium systems) and I blast this song and unintentionally get a heavy foot and I'm going 100mph and enjoying every minute of the original Sweet Child O Mine!

She knows how to communicate with her eyes while singing. SO SO MANY vocalists cannot do it as well as her and the rest just don't understand how important it is to a performance when you get to this "level". IMY2 is at that level and they are the real deal when it comes to talent. Keyboards/piano, guitar, vocals/style. Well done. New fan as of this date in time!
