Seeing Duff and Slash (and Axl) on stage less than a month ago. They are still dangerous, they still have the attitude, and I am glad that they all managed to stay alive, especially Steven.

+Sluff Adlin I just saw them on the 19th . They sound great and Axls looking better and better every week! It's all coming full circle just need someone to smarten up and offer Izzy Stradlin his spot back with the same contracts that were offered to Slash and Duff. Matt Sorum and Steven should be splitting the drumming duties...Frank is good but he doesn't sound anything like GnR. Honestly Id be cool with Fortus staying in the band too he's a great fit.

My parents were / are huge Guns n Roses fans , they have seen them in concert about 5 or 6 times . This is what I grew up with , I remember my mom blasting Sweet Child O' Mine and everyone would be in the front yard dancing. This was a huge part of my childhood and I LOVE it !

I read the essay and she wasn't talking about Axl being the most important member, she just said Axl Rose was hot 😭 and also i do understand that Izzy wrote most of the stuff during his time in guns n roses and slash is one of the most well known guitarists of all time. and why would i not get it cuz i am a girl? Sorry my vagi,na didn't create a thick skull around my brain due to which i am not aware of basic information but you sure as hell need to improve your English and before you say it's not your first language know that it's my third so if i can do it you should do better than me since you're a man ❤️

Axl was hot and really sweet and nice the way he talked. Maybe he did some fucked up stuff during his career. but that is only one side. I think he has so much more to offer. People shouldn't always bring up his not so nice side and focus more on the rest, what I think is beautiful.

Axl is HONEST. complex, nobody knows him, but you can see and feel his pathos in every realm of what he has ever done. It's much deeper than most seem to get. Poor Steph.... She blew it. Millions, billions of dollars cannot buy that kind 0f realness. She can pretend, but Axl was the great love of her life. Its so sadly obvious. AR was a great and caring Father to her son. AR deserves that happiness, he has that Papa love, sensitivity, anger, sadness, frustration, self examination, refusal to compromise...... all of the greats have had it. Nice to see a normal guy with real feelings, foibles, triumphs, self preservation working through it all, both now almost 2016 and then. Merry Christmas Axl, And your extended family, and those who have truly been present for you. Peace to you and thanks .

+nikoletta S Seb bach knows him. They are almost best friends. and both are amazing genuine unique individuals that so many others misunderstand and degrade whenever chance they get. They are also childlike in ;certain ways, never really progressing past a certain point. I am very similar to both of them. Maybe not rich and famous like them, but very very similar in personality, passion (in writing and expression) , and intelligence... ; Although I never had the ego of either of them :) Being different and being successful. Making it work for you despite all the adversities...

+Sean Morpheus as unfortunate and sad as that is, it's true - and I've littered KZread with the same sentiments over the last 5 or so yrs. Everything about America is a fucking joke compared to what things were like back then. I has so many sudden flashbacks during these clips, of being a teenager, partying etc.. - it was an exciting time to be growing up. Guns & Roses were THE soundtrack of the mid 80's , on out. They were untouchable! I remember when 'LIES' came out, it was like this carcass of meat thrown to the starving lions, in terms of all these GnR fans who were wearing the fuck out of Appetite For Destruction , and wanted something new to chew on. As big of a GnR fan as I was, when the Use Your Illusion albums came out, I was thoroughly disappointed - those 2 albums were so bloated with the band believeing their own hype & unfocused as all hell. Much of it was just filler, IMO. - ok,....rant off.

***** Preach on man. But I have to say I liked the illusion albums. They seemed to me, even at the time, to be transitional. Liek right then I knew guns n roses was no more. I kne wthey were breaking up. The directin had changed so much. And the songwriting credits and all the songs with axl NOT on vocals. IT just seemed like the end. I still liked them alot. Bt I like their pre-appetite stuff best. Sort of what you hear on the Lies/Live Like A Suicide release. I been trying to get axl's previosu band Rapidfire cd's. BUt nobody has them. The guy who wrote the material and was in the band with axl back then isn't very accomodating to say the least. I don't even know why he put out those cd's of Rapidfir ethat he did when he treats fans like crap... But for me everything and I mean everything has gone into the crapper in today's lifestyle and society. The 80's and 90's are this time I want to go back to but of course that isn't possible. Things have changed so much but we change even more...

People don't get Axl. Yes he seems like a jerk and now maybe he is, but I know what it's like to be introverted and have that anger and annoyance towards other people who aren't. Plus Axl not being entirely mentally stable, fame and fortune come in the mix and there you go. He's out there trashing every places and punching fans, it's a defence mechanism against vulnerability. I know I went too far with this psychological analysis of Axl XD, but people shouldn't be so harsh because you're not in his place and his head, you don't know what it's like. Thanks a lot for the upload!! :)

TheJDfairy finally someone is on the same thought of how axl rly behaves, he’s a sensitive, damaged, protective guy who hates the vulnerable being hurt and also he doesn’t know how to say to the people before the riots happened to stop or even prevent the riots he only cares about the people who actually are ‘normal’ people which is why he didn’t always have a great relationship with the band members in the 90’s

I remember Guns N Roses became really popular in 1987 (The year I turned 16 ) I remember Axle on MTV singing and dancing to Sweet Child O Mine (The 80s was such a fantastic time (I thought Axl was so cute and had a sexy deep voice (You cant find Rock Groups like this anymore ( You won't even come close to finding a Rock Group like this today (I sure do miss these days (I blinked one day and presto I was in another world ( Everything looked good back then ( Now I am 53 wondering what happened (All that's left is pictures,videos ,and great memories ❤️

In his autobiography he says that they were friends and a lot of times they played riffs together at their free time. At one point they started considering that Slash could be a Megadeth member, but it was only an idea lol
