  My stepfather, black people listening to heavy metal is kind of corny, but he himself bought this album. I went into his old beat up car and got this record out and I listened to this album and listened to this album and listen to this album and that's what got me as a black person listening to heavy metal. But I will say this for the record and I think everybody needs to hear it

  They are always saying that none of them are from LA, one of them is definitely from sfv which is San Fernando valley and that would be Steven Adler as I went to Junior high with him I don't know why he denies he went to that school as it's not a bad school Casey Martell went there Dana Plato went there I went there and lots of people that were great went there including Gene Hackman's niece! Just a little truthful trivia there

  I remember Guns N Roses became really popular in 1987 (The year I turned 16 ) I remember Axle on MTV singing and dancing to Sweet Child O Mine (The 80s was such a fantastic time (I thought Axl was so cute and had a sexy deep voice (You cant find Rock Groups like this anymore ( You won't even come close to finding a Rock Group like this today (I sure do miss these days (I blinked one day and presto I was in another world ( Everything looked good back then ( Now I am 53 wondering what happened (All that's left is pictures,videos ,and great memories ❤️

  Blackie was a good lookin guy back in the day outside of the saw blades and cod pieces. I saw him with Kiss in the mid eighties. I'll never forget being a mid teen in the first few row looking up at Blackie wearing what amounted to men's panty hose and nothing else. Quite the eye opener in middle America. Then Kiss comes out to several girls in the crowd with no tops on!
