Cracking vid mate , and I gained some great heat loss through coating all mine , also found masking tape stops ya getting finger prints and scratches when installing , enjoy .

@@mikefpe the exhaust mate and once all happy and fitted remove , it doesn't damage the coating , or wear Jackson white glove , shaaamone lol.

Interesting about the drilled shafts, my degree in armchair engineering suggests that any heat treatment would be easier (and perhaps more effective?) in a thinner section of steel. Will have to see if you snap them I suppose 😂

@@denseljosephs9500 What was the M62 off, a merc? I had an M45 and then mounted an M90 on the fiesta. I really wish i kept with it as it was starting to work really well. Im not a fan of turbo lag as you can see lol

I always thought with compound turbos that the wastegate from the first hotside had to be plumbed back into the exhaust stream for the second turbine. If you waste those gases away into the dump pipe then the second turbo is trying to work with less exhaust flow than it is meant to no?

This is the same way that Kevin Jewer built his Eagle Talon, hes running a 7 second drag car (way more serious that my little car) but he has done no end of experimenting, especially with wastegate positions. This set up has the potential to run huge amounts of boost as the turbo feeding the turbo multiplies the boost on the cold side. by locating the gate on the manifold is the safest way to manage boost control on the whole set up. If i need to run more exhaust gas flow to the second turbo we just keep the external gate closed for longer with more springs.

awesome channel man, i wondering if for the sump you have thought about using the mk2 focus sump? its baffled (all be it some need modding if you run arp main bolts) and only needs abit of external trimming to clear starter. we run that in out mk3 fiesta si 1800 silvertop and really helped reduce chances of misting/ splash back affecting the crank. keep up the awesome work

ceramic coating is only good on NA headers, it cant handle turbo temps.
