As a gun owner, where did it say that it was my responsibility to continually follow changing laws for guns legally purchased and not altered.
They put "shall not be infringed" for a reason.

Requiring the "secure" storage of firearms does one thing. It gets law abiding people to put all guns in one spot to be found in a confiscation for whatever reason. That is the unstated purpose of that law.
