Check out the professionally done video and photos online of the property. The ceiling is not low at all. It is just my inferior photography skills. But I agree about the backsplash taking the granite through the kitchen. Great idea.

I like the ultra modern appeal of this one along with the wide canal. Wish it could be my Happy Ever After. Also luv Dolce & Gabbana The One on a man..yes you should try it. Richard definitely got it going on 😊

Hahaha yes Richardo definitely has it going on, I figured it was top shelf stuff. He is a cool cat, notice the espresso machine in the kitchen, he likes nice things for sure. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Love the wide canal and unobstructed view through the pool cage!😍 Primary bathroom feels a little claustrophobic to me. The shower appears quite narrow, the vanity area looks a bit dark, and I didn’t see a tub. Not sure women will love that bathroom, but the dock looks fabulous and a boater will love this place👍🏻

There’s there’s always negotiations however that price that you quoted is for a home not on water. These are gulf access homes which adds approximately anywhere from 350 to over $500,000 to the price of the home.

Steve, I notice the boat is registered in Connecticut. What is with that?

That’s interesting. I have no idea why Richard’s boat is listed in Connecticut. I know this listing very well because I sold it to the current owner and he’s moving to Miami. Maybe he bought it in Connecticut? I have no idea.

@@stokesrealestate Being from Connecticut myself, I think I would rather register it in Florida. Connecticut is much too expensive. I wish my funds would get in already, I'm seeing too many good deals on homes, and I can't budge.
