Walaikum as salam! professional mithaiyan bana ny waly bhi gulab jamun direct garam garam chasni(syrup) main dalty hai yehi tareka best hai lakin Kuch log jaisy k ap bata rahi ho k gulab jamun thora thanda kr k dalty hai tu ho sakta hai on ki gulab jamun kis cheez ki hai is liya woh method acha rahta ho os type ki gulab jamun k liya.

Nahi shape kharab nahi hoga garam syrup main he dalya ga.
Aliza main ny same issi ingredients sy gulab jamun banay dkeeny main bhot khubsurat lakin khany main rubber jasy thy aur gulab jamun ko jab dabati asy jasy uss ko paseena ah gia hai soft gulab jamun kasy bun sakty hain tip bata dain aur suger syrup main 15 minute gulab jamun kun pakaty hain
Jitna oil utna ghee ya fraq rakhna hy

sugar syrup itna pakaya k cheeni ka dana melt ho jaya or is k baad ek ubal(yahi bubble aa ny lagan) tu flame band kardan or chasni ko bohut zada nahi pakayan gy chasni gare ho jate hai.
Ape mai ny banaye jub garam ty toh andr se bilkul theek ty soft mgr kuch tym baad sakht hogaye ye q

Innocent XPeople. Ap NY proper cooked nhi kiye oil MN isliye jb sheeray MN Daly apny tu sheera wahin tak giya jahan tak proper cooked thy. Apny NY note Kiya ho ga. Jahan sheera nhi laga Wahan duogh jaisy ka cha lag raha ho ga. Ye mera chnl nhi lkn apko reply nhi Mila isliye kiya
