Rasanaid is one word meaning to send (future tense) so you can't break into two separate word as you wrote as rasa need.

And also please let me know about Arif Hassan weather he is son of Ustad Mehdi Hassan Sahab or not.

its mehdi hasnain , and he was father of asif hasnain sahab sitting next to the young guy dr saad around 1:58. and its because of mehdi hasnain sahab's love for music and asif sahab that we heard so much of beautiful music on their blog qaul.blogspot.com
