But I'm Bengali From Gujarat, all are Rajasthani Food ,except 1-2 common with Gujarati Food.

Your programmes are very well made.. I am following a food blog for the first time and enjoying it thoroughly. The best part here was the brave attempt by a kacchi biryani eater to try marwari vegetarian food and facing the immense challenge. I have faced this too when I tried a few times ;) best wishes for your success but next time have the "churma" along with the "dal bati".. it's one dish- "dal bati churma" ;)

Wow their serving style are very interesting and the thali was awesome.

Rajdhani is one of the best Rajasthani food point. Daal vati churma, gatte ki sabzi, dahi vada, bajre ki roti... But surprised to chouli ki sabzi and pouran poli being served as those are typical Maharashtrian dishes... We usee to frequent their restaurant until the last time when we went we found the place shut...

So far I know Chouli ki sabzi is popular in Gujarat also. But Puran poli is completely a Maharashtrian dish. I don't know why they are serving it in a Gujarati thali.

Ami bolte chaichi je roj roj Bengali veg kheye hothat kore non Bengali kono dish try korte gie karo karo taste or food combination ektu weird lage. But again food is a matter of personal choice, jar jeta bhalo lage se seta khabe.

Very understandable. From my Bangladeshi friends, I know there's no idea of other region food of India in Bangladesh.So it's expectedly confusing for you Sir. However it's exactly similar for Indians. If we consider ecoyic Bangladeshi food. For example , Chui jhal or Satkora. Thats perfectly normal. Like for example both my Parents I remember they asked " what's Satkora ?" But it's famous thing. Similarly one of my Bangladeshi friend once asked me " shukto ki". So that's perfectly normal and ok to be confused.

Noile ota tasteless, even dal bati chura ta alada die chilo, churata kono alada dish noi, ota dal batir r upor chorie diye khete hoi, alada dei karon ota crispiness the chole jai. 2ndly apni dosa khelen dekhlam apnader desher ekta restaurant e, dosa serve korar por nijer e ota bhanj kore nite hoi, r side gulo agey khete hoi, ota crispy thake aaste aaste norom hoe jai, majhkhan ta pore khete hoi r shathe ota sambar chilo not tarkari, ek prokar dal. Haldiram e shld have tasted gazaar(means banglai gajor) ka hawla and besan ka laddu(besan means byshon) those are awesome sweets. Mumbai te Vhel try kora must and chaats mainly paapri chat and golata kala khatta na kheye rose try kora uchit chilo, sales man to kala khatta debei cos that the expensive one, And jokhon bujheche apni Indian non. India isvery different country all together alada alada taste same food er hoi. Like dahi vada, palak paneer even tandoori, mughal restaurant and punjabi restaurant er same hoina.. south Indian restaurant e gele apni jei dahi vada haldiram e khelen same hobe na ota tok hobe, like palak paneer baachan's dhaba and haldiram er same hoina. Apni next time India e ele apnar India r follower der jigesh kore neben ki khaben kothai r seta ki diye khete hobe r seta apnar desher loke der janale they will get the actual taste.

দাল-বাটি 'চুরমা' দিয়ে খেতে হয়। আসলে এটা রাজস্থানি আইটেম , গুজরাটিরাও খায় দেখছি। রাজস্থানের রানাদের জাঁকজমকপূর্ণ মহলেও এর দারুণ কদর ছিল। অবাক হলাম কারণ 'কড়ি' র সাথে ভাত দেয়নি ! আইটেমটা হল 'কড়ি-চাওল' ।
