I generally can't write more than five hundred words a day, due to my constant need for some kind of distraction. Normally, I can balance this need out by listening to something, but in the process, I lose focus of what I'm writing, and end up taking up way more time than I would need otherwise. This music, however, keeps me both entertained, creative as well as focused. This compilation is a literal cure, and I owe you the stars for it. Thanks for keeping me writing, Dreamy. I've been seeing a LOT of white butterflies (like at least 3 daily on average) lately and I read into it and there are theories that its a sign of change/ growth or a message from a lost loved one. You're probably thinking its just a bunch of butterflies but hear me out, I think its my grandad who passed away in a motorcycle accident when I was 2/3 looking over/visiting us. I never met him but every year we do a tribute/ceremony (in my religion we have a day to remember/tribute all the fathers that have been lost every year, where we say a bunch of prayers and give offerings) anyway , so my mum always tells us stories about him so I guess we know a lot about him. The thing is though we did the ceremony about a few weeks ago snd ive been seeing these butterflies ever since, we also have hung up a picture of him in black and WHITE with a WHITE garland on it. Whether it really is him or I've fabricated this from my imagination, every time I see these white butterflies, outside my window when I'm a bit stressed, it brings me comfort because 1) butterflies are beautiful insects and I've always loved nature and 2) it's reassuring to believe my grandfather is watching over us/visiting us/ or so close to us (even if we missed the opportunity to meet him). I guess what I'm trying to say is: there's a lot of comfort/happiness in the world around us. It doesn't take a lot to look around and soak it all in ,y'know? :) if you made it this far through he comment thank you :)

This video was my first lofi video that I've found and listened to. I still return here to listen to it after all these years. What a nice memories it holds..

Same, i used to have 24/7 anxiety durning my puberty and thought it was normal, when i heard this playlist it was the first time i didn't have the voices in my head, it showed me it's not actually normal and i started working towards that peace

I'm sitting on my couch eating chocolate and drinking water. That may not seem like much except I'm lucky to have a couch where I can find comfort My blood sugar was low and due to the chocolate I feel better Plus I now have a sweet taste in my mouth for the rest of the night And the water is so cool and refreshing Which is good because my throat was sore from talking. Which makes this a lot more meaningful.. I'm sitting on the couch eating chocolate and drinking water.

These lofi mixes got me through countless hours of studying. Listening to them makes me feel nostalgic. I can smell the coffee aroma, see the leaves changing color outside the library window, hear the rustling of papers and clicking of keyboards. It's almost strange that my journey of being a student is almost coming to an end. I have experienced countless memories, and have missed out on countless too. I've been listening this lofi video since it was out and I still can't be tired of it, it's just a vibe... Guitar vibe

I don’t say this sparingly but this is one of the if not the best lofi playlists out there it’s so calming and such a vibe and there’s barely any misses if any in the catalog. I’ve been coming back to this all the time when I’m in a bad mood and it always sets me in the right direction and puts a smile on my face when other lofi songs have potential to make things slightly worse. I guess I just wanted to come by and show my appreciation and thank you for this playlist it’s really good and has been a nice little thing to have in my life and make me smile. so again thank you

I just finished listening to a lecture from Alan Watts discussing giving away control. Let the universe decide. Music like this helps me do that. A recent breakup, family member dying, growing distance between friends. All feels like the universe setting the stage. Music like this lets me just reflect and hold onto the moment just to give it away. This resting place is all we have so I wish you good fortune on your way to your next one 😊

Over a year and I keep coming back. This is just sublime. Still my go-to for study, for relax, for chill, for focus, for good vibes...

All my life I’ve felt like I’m not supposed to be in this world, like my body is here but my heart is in another world. Listening to Lofi reminds me of a place I’ve never been in and it just makes me so sad- I miss that place even though it might not even exist. So even though I shed a few tears listening to Lofi it makes me happy because I feel like I’m home. I’m very grateful for this playlist💕
