Willi always makes me open my arms to hug him, and then sticks a blade through my heart. I know that's a violent image, but I I can't describe it any other way. Love the guy, he knows how to make you FEEL what he's singing, and he feels it as well, as that's clear to see in each of his videos. My Italian eyes are crying 🤌

Oh my goodness, yes! I've never in 59 years had this experience before, but from the first moment I saw a Willi singing in a video my instant reaction was that I wanted to hug him tightly. I could feel his arms wrapped around me and his honest and caring understanding. Having listened to everything I can find over the last couple of years, and reading interviews, I am impressed with myself for picking up on who he really seems to be in that instantaneous instant of recognition. I mean, you never know, right? People are good at showing what we want to see. He seems real to me, though, so I'm going with it. 🤠🪕

I am from Timmins, Ontario which is a small mining town in Canada. I have been trying to be an artist for my entire conscious life. After losing the love of my life, in part due to this aspiration, I was completely lost. So I bought a used version of my dream motorcycle and headed west. It was in the mountains of British Columbia that this song found me, forcing me to pull over in the old growth forests of Vancouver Island because it had brought me to tears. It was a surreal experience and has informed many of my decisions since then. Truly a life changing song.

My favorite was seeing him live after adoring his music for a few years, and then watching friends and familiar faces in my frequented bar realize how magical his music is. It was so beautiful. When he played “Your Hearts a Big Tent” it hit home for me, watching these people in my community come together and sing back to him. It felt like I was apart of something greater (I’m dramatic and emotional).

Unfortunately, most people will never know many great songs like this that have been written/performed over the years....Radio/Music executives would not let them be heard. Fortunately, with today's modern outlets we are hearing some of the most authentic songs/messages that are not following a "hit formula"...and people LIKE IT! I grew up and lived around Atlanta, GA... There was a cool singer/songwriter community there in the 90's/2000's. I was exposed to music like this all the time. I could go to an open mic at Eddies Attic on any given Monday night and hear some of the best songs in the world. I always wonder how many of those great songs have been lost and singer/songwriter dreams given up on because there were not that many outlets for the music. Not to name drop, but I will anyhow, I got to seen John Mayer go from being a door man at Eddies Attic to a superstar... along with Sugarland (Jennifer Nettles - Kristian Bush...Kristian was 1/2 of an awesome duo, Billy Pilgrim - amazing songs!), Clay Cook (played and co-wrote w/ John Mayer, co-wrote many songs in JM's first album...now in Zach Brown band), Shawn Mullins was a regular there, the list goes on and on... But, the real "stars" in those days were the SONGS... I head so many great songs from people I never heard from again. Just glad to see there is a new wave of singer/songwriters getting their stuff out there and appreciated. Michael, you should try to look up/contact Eddie Owen (former owner of Eddie's Attic) and interview him... Oh the stories he has about the singer/songwriter scene in ATL...

He has had a KZread channel since he started playing at 7. I started following him a few years ago. The kids can play and probably has played about every guitar hero's song. He's sponsored by a few companies including Kiesel and Taylor guitars. He's performed with some Gray's like Santana. He has a song that just music coming out in the next couple of weeks he's been teasing on his channel. The kids incredible!
