That is not a fail. That's a joke made by Tom Sholz, the guitarrist and mastermind of Boston, one of the greatest rock bands in history. And Tom is one of the most virtuoso and creative guitarrists of all times. Yeah if you really watch it it seems obvious he’s fucking with everyone. It’s the same short loop as soon as he pulls off and then stops when he goes back. Let alone the fake “oops!” It’s pretty obviously fake and funny. Love it

I like it too. You don't always have to be perfect. One day you could deliver one of the greatest pieces of guitar work in history. The next day, you might fail to get down a basic riff. That stuff happens.
